My seven years of practice have been an evolution that has taught me that yoga heals both inward and outward, that it can be a dance or place to find stillness and peace, compassion, openness and most of all that yoga is such a joy to share. I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment that will leaving you craving more, provide you the chance to discover something new, and the ability to take a brand new breath of air.
