Yoga at Home

Private to semi-private classes taken in the comfort of your home.

Each class is tailored to your needs and desired goals. (Therapeutic, Strengthen and Lengthen, Fundamentals, Sport Support, etc.)  Style practiced and taught from the Hatha and Classical Ashtanga tradition with an emphasis on Vinyasa.

1 to 2 hour classes taken in your own home or space.  Some equipment and props can be supplied.

Flexible hours, will help to create a plan to work each class into your schedule. (Mornings, Evenings, or Weekends)

Affordable prices - Payment plan will be discussed based on amount of time, frequency and distance traveled. Will travel within Vancouver, parts of Burnaby and New Westminster.
